How to Set Up Support Contact

This article explains how to define contacts that will be used for application support. Once defined, users can initiate contact with support by clicking the dedicated support icon in the top-right corner, which remains accessible from all application pages, excluding the test-taking screen.

Setting up a contact email #

To define support contacts that all application users can reach, follow the steps below:

Select the Settings and Customization sub-menu and navigate to the Support tab.

To set support contact:

  1. Describe the purpose of email, such as technical questions or inquiries about the test organization. Users can choose different contacts from the dropdown, depending on their questions.
  2. Provide the support Email where support emails will be sent when this contact is selected.
  3. Provide the Phone number that users can use.
  4. Repeat the steps above for all contacts you want to add. You can add up to three contacts.
  5. You can provide helpful details in the Additional info text field, such as the expected email response time or business hours when support is available.

You can add up to 3 contacts for users to choose from. However, it is required to have one support contact configured.

Contacting Support #

Support can be contacted from the login page or within the application using the dedicated support icon.
