This article explains how to check whether the changes were made to pool questions. It is possible to see who made changes and when.
Accessing the question pool #
To access the desired question pool, select the Tests tab in the left-side menu, and select the Question pools tab.
The left-side menu will appear, where you can search for the pool name and click on it to open.
Previewing of the change history of questions #
Once you open the desired question pool, you should:
- Navigate to the Questions tab.
- Search the desired question using the search box.
- Click the View audit trail icon to preview the change history.
Once you click to preview change history, the pop-up window will appear. You will be able to see the time, date, and all users who made changes to the question.
