This article outlines the process of resetting a test attempt, allowing the candidate to retake the test.
Resetting a test attempt #
To reset a test attempt of one or more candidates, follow the steps below:
- Hover over the Testing Center in the main menu and select Candidates.
- Navigate to the Attempts tab.
- Click on the plus button to select the test. Select the testing session to view the candidates for a specific session. To change the test, use the reset filter button.
- Click the three dots menu next to the candidate username and select the Reset option.
Once the attempt is reset, the candidate can retake the exam, and the previous attempt status will be changed to Suspended.
