Setting a score report labeling
You can adjust the information and diagrams displayed in the PDF score report by configuring the score report labeling settings. Follow the steps below to set up the desired labels and display options:
- Open the system – Click the Settings and customization option in the main menu.
- Select the System preferences tab
- Open the Score report setup page
- Passing criteria – Enter the text describing the conditions for passing the test.
- Main test description – Provide general information about the test that will appear in the report.
- Sections description – Enter information about the test sections to help candidates identify areas of improvement.
- Re-test policy – Add information about retaking the test, such as rules and contact details.
- Show pool information – Check this option if you want the report to contain details about the question pools included in the test.
- Show sections diagram – Check this option if you want the report to contain information about the candidates’ achieved results for each section, the average results of the candidates who failed, and those who passed.
- Show section groups diagram – Check this option if you want the report to contain a diagram for the created section groups.
