Canceling a Purchased Booking #
After purchasing and booking a specific session, you can cancel it by following these steps:
- Go to the Assignments panel in the left-side menu and select My tests.
- Here, you can filter assignments based on their availability to find the test for which you want to cancel a booking. Alternatively, you can use the search bar to locate a specific test for cancellation.
- Select the Cancel booking option from the actions option; once you’ve located the test, you want to cancel a booking.
- A pop-up message will appear when you click the Cancel booking button. If you wish to proceed, click the Yes button to confirm.
Note: Rescheduling is possible if there are any available sessions. If you require a refund for the purchased test attempt, please contact the test manager.
Upon confirmation, you will receive a message, and your purchase and booking will be canceled. After canceling, you can repurchase and book the same session if desired.
