How to easily generate training courses using AI

This article explains how to generate training courses using AI. By defining the topic for which you want to create a training course and selecting the number of steps you’d like to generate, you can easily and quickly obtain descriptions for each training course step.

Generate new training courses #

To create a new training course using AI:

  1. Navigate to the Training courses section in the main menu.
  2. Click the New training course button.

Then:

  1. Define a training course name.
  2. Optionally enter the training course description.
  3. Enable the Generate steps with AI option.
  4. Enter a topic on which you want to generate training course steps.
  5. Define the number of steps you want to create in the training course.
  6. Click the Save button.

The generation of steps will start, and you’ll be notified upon completion. After the process, you can view the generated steps under the Training steps tab.

Click the name of the training course step to check the generated training course step descriptions.

Adding steps in the existing training course #

To generate steps in the existing training course:

  1. Click the Generate steps with AI button.
  2. Choose between utilizing the global library knowledge base to create training course steps from the ChatGPT database or opting for the local option to generate content from imported materials.
  3. Enter a topic on which you want to generate training course steps.
  4. Define the number of steps you want to create in the training course.
  5. Click the Generate button.

In this case, the job will also be started, and you’ll receive a notification upon completion.

Changing the ordinal number of the step #

You can adjust the order of steps by using the up and down arrows. Rearrange the steps according to your preferred sequence.
